Youlian Avramov
Creative Director
 
Raised in Bulgaria, Eastern Europe, Youlian first mastered the propaganda and then he jumped the Iron Curtain to explore the world. He lived in Africa for 3 years, traveled around Europe, and in 1997 settled in New York.
 
His advertising career started almost 20 years ago, when he first worked on Astra Zeneca, KFC and Coca Cola, brands that had just arrived in post-communist Eastern Europe. Later in New York he worked as art director and graphic designer for JWT, Deutsch and Keyes Martin. He also served as advertising director for InfoUSA. Bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, he founded East House Creative.
 
He has won multiple advertising awards.

Silvia Dimitrova
Senior Graphic Designer
 
Silvia has a degree in education, but her dreams led her to design and creative pursuits. Prior to coming to the US, she ran her own women’s apparel design studio in Bulgaria’s capitol city, Sofia. Her fashion design experience developed into an award-winning graphic design career. She’s worked at The National Kidney Foundation, CBK Group Advertising, Montage Media and InfoUSA.
 
Silvia brings over 10 years of graphic design and creative experience working with publishing, financial, pharmaceutical and non-profit clients. She knows what clients need, and the fastest, most efficient way to deliver it. Her extensive design experience includes collateral materials, direct mail, reference and educational literature.

Julie Winckler
Account Manager
 
Julie Winckler has more than 10 years of experience in account and project management for advertising and public relations campaigns. Julie brings to East House her Texas-sized personality and a lot of positive energy. Prior to East House, she was a senior account executive at SicolaMartin (part of Young & Rubicam brands), a mid-sized advertising agency in Austin, Texas. At SicolaMartin she was an account-team lead for Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., the second-largest global supplier of microprocessors. Before SicolaMartin Julie worked in a variety of positions from communications director at a non-profit to account coordinator for a hi-tech public relations agency. Julie holds a bachelor's of science degree in public relations from the University of Texas at Austin.

Igor Infante
Account Coordinator
 
Igor started his advertising career in 2004 by co-founding Merkadológico, an ad agency in the Dominican Republic, where he was responsible for launching a multichannel campaign for the local distributor of Land Rover. He later joined El Taller Creativo as an account executive on several accounts including Cummins, Isuzu, McAlbert and Kostoff. He came to New Jersey in 2008 after obtaining a bachelor's of marketing degree from UNIBE, a highly recognized academic institution in Santo Domingo, DR. Coming from the Caribbean he brings to EH a bi-cultural approach with a fresh point of view and a sunny personality.

Kalin Dimitrov
Art Director
 
Even after 15 years conceiving award-winning advertising work Kalin still gets that childish trill of creating stories and ideas. His career started in the mid-90s in Bulgaria and includes years of experience working as an art director and creative director at global shops like Y&R, TBWA and Publicis. He’s learned to tame the creative beast and is equally excited to participate in strategy development. His other passions, besides advertising, are Eastern philosophy, world cuisine exploration, fine art, travel and caving.

Darko Stanicic
Art Director/Graphic Designer
 
A 15-year veteran of the advertising and publishing worlds, Darko has helped create and design more than 20 separate periodicals. He also has the distinction of being the former editor-in-chief of Maxim magazine in Serbia. Why he ever gave that job up, we’ll never know.
 
As quick with a smile as he is with a mouse, Darko wears many hats at East House. In addition to helping manage workflow and creative output, he’s always the first one to volunteer to supervise any and all modeling shoots. A truly selfless employee indeed.

Dan Levine
Graphic Designer
 
A one-time child spokesman for an Israeli soft drink, Dan's bubbly approach is tempered with 14 years of experience. His CV includes news, lifestyle and educational publishing as well as art directing America's leading children's music brand. When not designing for successful entertainment titles and brands, Dan is busy honing his photography, music or culinary skills.

Ton van Uden
Art Director
 
Ton started building up his creative muscle back in the Netherlands over 20 years ago. He’s done it all, from corporate identities, brochures, books and signage to websites and interactive presentations. Now Ton is the Dutch accent in the EH team and his quirky sense of humor and pleasant personality makes it fun to work with. His passion for design, work ethic and energy are highly appreciated. Besides design, his other passions are basketball, running and cycling. Ton holds a master of fine arts degree from the Academy of Arts in Tilburg, Netherlands.

Manneken Pis, or as he sometimes likes to be called, Petit Julien. He’s very popular in the city of Brussels, where you’ll run into him a lot.
 
Legend has it that sometime during the 14th century, Brussels came under siege by a foreign power. Fighting valiantly, the city held its ground for days on end. At one point, the attackers began placing explosives around the city walls. Fortunately, a small boy named Juliaanske happened to overhear their plans. Springing into action, he urinated on the burning fuse, thus saving the city.
